How a visit works
You choose the date and time in the calculator and the sum is fixed before the cleaner arrives. They bring professional chemistry, a vacuum and a stepladder; you provide water and electricity. If the house has no water connected yet, say so in advance — we will bring canisters, but the work will take longer.
Houses and dachas
For a house the price is calculated from the number of rooms and bathrooms with the 1.2 coefficient, and the stairs, terrace and porch are included in the standard scope where they are accessible. We do not clean facades, pools or garages and do not do garden work.
A dacha that has stood closed for a season is cleaned more slowly: dust on every horizontal surface, cobwebs in the corners, insects on the sills, a switched-off fridge. Such jobs are usually charged by the hour at UAH 499 and agreed in advance from photographs.

What the cleaning includes
Kitchen — surfaces, backsplash, sink and the outside of appliances; bathrooms — bath or shower, toilet, basin, mirrors and tiling; rooms — dust from all open surfaces, doors, switches, skirting boards and floors; the hallway, and rubbish removal.

Regular cleaning
For residents of the new complexes a visit every two weeks works well: the regularity discount of up to 15 % applies from the first visit, and an assigned cleaner already knows the layout and the flooring. Skipping one visit does not cancel the schedule.

Tell us in advance and we will bring canisters. The work then takes longer, but it is possible.
