Post-renovation cleaning
We take construction dust off every surface, including the tops of wardrobes, radiators, window reveals and skirting boards, and remove traces of glue, expanding foam, filler and paint from floors, tiling, glass and sanitary ware. Floors are washed in several passes, because dust after renovation keeps rising again and again.
The equipment and products are ours: professional vacuums, a stepladder, scrapers and a steam cleaner. From you we need water and electricity; if the water is not connected yet, say so in advance and we will bring canisters.
Houses and plots
For a house the price is calculated from the number of rooms and bathrooms, and the stairs, terrace and porch are part of the standard scope where they are accessible. We do not clean facades, garages or pools, do not do garden work and do not remove construction waste.

What a standard visit includes
