Holosiivskyi District has three kinds of glazing: the panel blocks of Demiivka with standard sashes, the panoramic windows of the new buildings in Teremky, and the large windows of private houses in Feofaniia and Korchuvate. The base price is the same for all — UAH 350 per window.

Counted by the sections that open. The fixed part of a panoramic wall is cleaned from the inside only — there is no safe access to the outer side. The manager confirms this from photos before the booking so the quote holds no surprises.
Houses in Feofaniia
In a private house the windows are large, often floor-to-ceiling, and on the first floor above ground the outer side cannot be reached. We clean the outside of the ground floor and those upper windows that can be reached safely from inside.
For a house it is easier to book windows together with a cleaning from UAH 2,340: the cleaner is already there and no minimum applies.
What the work includes
Glass on both sides, the frame, the seal, the fittings, the sill and the outer ledge within reach. Insect screens are removed, rinsed and put back. Blinds are charged separately, by the hour at UAH 499.
When to book
An overcast day without frost: in sunshine the solution dries before it is pulled off. In winter we work down to about −5 °C. After a renovation windows are cleaned last, once the construction waste has left the flat.
How long it takes
A standard window takes 30–40 minutes, one after a renovation up to an hour. Five windows come to roughly three hours, so the visit is best booked for the morning.
Payment
The amount is fixed at booking, and there is no prepayment: you pay after the work, by card or in cash. If streaks remain, write the same day and the cleaner redoes them free of charge.
