Is it safe to let a cleaner into my home?

We have been working since 2016 and employ our cleaners directly. Every candidate goes through a document check, several interviews and trial cleanings alongside an experienced colleague — only after that do they take a booking on their own.

All staff sign a non-disclosure agreement: what they see in your home is not discussed with anyone. We are also responsible for your personal data — your address and phone number are never passed to third parties.

The work is insured: if something is damaged, the company covers it rather than the cleaner out of their own pocket. So in a disputed situation you have someone to talk to, and that conversation is with a manager rather than with the person who has just cleaned your flat.

One practical tip: put small valuables — jewellery, cash, documents — in a drawer before the cleaner arrives. That removes the question rather than settling it afterwards. If there is a room nobody should enter, say so at the start of the visit.

Other frequently asked questions

How it works? Why do you need a steam cleaner?

A steam cleaner reaches places where a cloth cannot do the job. Hot steam softens dirt in tile joints, around taps, in the seams of a shower tray and in the narrow gaps between kitchen units, so grime comes out instead of being pushed around.

We also use it where we prefer to avoid strong chemistry. Steam handles a highchair, a cot, a mattress surface, a bathroom seal or a hob without leaving any residue behind, which matters in a home with small children or pets.

It is not a universal tool, and we say so honestly. Steam is not used on parquet, laminate, unsealed wood or delicate coatings, because moisture and heat damage them.

Steam treatment is part of our standard cleaning where it is appropriate, so there is no separate line for it in the price list. If a particular spot in your flat worries you — the grout, the shower door, the sealant — point it out to the cleaner at the start of the visit.

How it works? Do you have powerful vacuum cleaners?

Yes. Besides the compact vacuum cleaners the cleaners carry with them, we have professional Kärcher machines with far stronger suction, used for carpets, thick rugs, upholstery and construction dust.

There is one practical limit: the professional machine is heavy, so it is only delivered by car. If you want it on an ordinary cleaning, add the option when you book — it costs UAH 699 and the manager will assign a cleaner who drives.

For post-renovation cleaning you don't pay for it separately. Construction dust destroys household vacuums, so a professional machine with the right filters is included in that service by default.

Dry cleaning uses different equipment altogether: a Kärcher extractor that sprays the solution into the fabric and immediately draws the dirt back out with the water. That is what removes stains from a sofa or a mattress, while even the strongest vacuum only takes dust off the surface.

How it works? How do I make a booking?

There are three ways: online through the calculator on the website, by phone through the call centre, or by writing to us on social media and in messengers.

Booking online takes a couple of minutes. You choose the number of rooms and bathrooms, add extras such as windows, the oven or the fridge, pick a date and a time window, and see the final price before confirming anything. A confirmation email follows immediately, with links to pay, change or cancel the visit.

If your case needs discussion — a house, a post-renovation job, a flat that stood empty for a long time — the manager will ask for a few photos of the kitchen and bathroom and quote a fixed price for the work.

No prepayment is required. You pay after the cleaning, in cash or by card, once you have seen the result. Same-day bookings are usually possible, and for weekends it is better to book a day or two ahead.

How it works? How do I cancel my order?

The easiest way is the confirmation email you receive right after booking: it contains direct links for payment, changes and cancellation, so you don't need to call anyone. The same booking is also visible in your personal account.

Cancelling or moving a visit is free up to twelve hours before the start. That is not a formality — the route for the next day is planned the evening before, and a last-minute cancellation means the cleaner has already set off while the slot could have gone to someone else.

If less than twelve hours are left, call the call centre or write to us in a messenger. We will try to move the booking to another time on the same day, which is almost always better than cancelling.

Card payments are refunded to the same card, with the timing set by your bank — usually up to seven days. There are no cancellation fees, and skipping one visit does not cancel a subscription or its discount.

How it works? Can I order dry cleaning and apartment cleaning simultaneously?

Yes, and it is the most convenient way to book both. We have dedicated dry cleaning specialists, so one team cleans the flat while another works on the upholstery, and you open the door only once.

Dry cleaning covers sofas, armchairs, chairs, mattresses, upholstered beds, rugs and carpeting. It is done at your home with a professional Kärcher extractor: the fabric is treated, the dirt is drawn out with water and immediately extracted, and nothing is taken away to a workshop.

The minimum dry cleaning order is UAH 1,399, so small items are worth combining — chairs together with the sofa, a mattress together with the bed.

Plan the sequence when you book: upholstery is cleaned first, floors last, so the flat is not walked over after the floors are done. Furniture stays damp for four to eight hours afterwards, which is why an open window and a summer booking help it dry faster.

How it works? Do you offer deep cleaning?

We do, although we rarely use the words "deep cleaning" — every cleaning we do is thorough by default: kitchen, bathrooms, floors in all rooms, dust on open surfaces and taking out the rubbish.

What people usually mean by deep cleaning is that standard scope plus extra items: the oven inside for UAH 550, the hood for UAH 399, the fridge for UAH 550, a window for UAH 350, the inside of kitchen cabinets for UAH 900. You pick only what you actually need instead of paying for a package of eight items, half of which you don't use.

The base price starts at UAH 1,950 and depends on the number of rooms and bathrooms. You see the total in the calculator before confirming, and it does not change on site.

A flat that has stood empty for years is a different case: it is priced by the hour, with an extra hour at UAH 499. Send photos of the kitchen and bathroom so we can plan the time.

How it works? What if I am not happy with the quality of the cleaning?

Write to us the same day or the next one — by messenger, email or through the call centre — and attach photos of the specific spots rather than a general view of the room. Photos make it clear straight away whether something was missed or whether a mark simply cannot be removed by cleaning.

We answer on the day we receive the complaint. If the cleaner skipped something, the team comes back and finishes the job free of charge. If the cleaning was poor overall, we refund the payment.

Please contact us within twenty-four hours of the visit. After a week nobody can tell what the cleaner left behind and what appeared later, and the conversation becomes pointless for both sides.

It is worth separating dirt from wear. Yellowed enamel, scratched laminate, dark grout and years of limescale on a tap are not removed by an ordinary cleaning, and the cleaner warns you about that before starting work.

How it works? Can you bring my keys to me after the cleaning?

Yes, key delivery is a standard option and costs UAH 499. You don't have to take a day off or wait at home while the cleaning is done.

It works in both directions. We can collect the keys from you before the visit — at your office or another address in Kyiv — and bring them back once the work is finished, or simply deliver them to you afterwards if you left them with a neighbour or a concierge.

Add the option when you book and tell the manager the pick-up and drop-off addresses and the time window that suits you. The courier confirms each handover, so you always know where your keys are.

There are cheaper alternatives if you prefer: leave the keys with the building concierge, use a key safe, or meet the cleaner at the start and let them lock up. Whatever you choose, tell us in advance so the cleaner is not left standing at a closed door.

How it works? Who are your cleaners?

Our cleaners are employed staff, not anonymous freelancers found through classified ads. Everyone signs a contract, provides identity documents and completes training with a supervisor before the first visit.

We have been working since 2016 and have built a stable team along with a call centre and managers who handle every booking. That matters in practice: if something goes wrong, you talk to the company, not to the person who happened to hold the mop.

Training covers our checklist, professional chemicals and equipment, and safety — which products must never be mixed and which surfaces need a gentler approach. Cleaners who work on dry cleaning or post-renovation jobs go through additional training for those tools.

Ratings keep the standard up. After each visit you can score the work, and those scores decide how many bookings a cleaner receives. You can also request the same person again, and many clients in Kyiv have been booking one particular cleaner for years.

How it works? Do you work only in Kyiv?

Kyiv is our main service area, but not the only one. We also take bookings in Brovary, Irpin, Vyshhorod, Bucha and Vyshneve, and there is no travel surcharge for those towns — the price is exactly the same as inside the city.

Within Kyiv we work in every district on both banks: Pechersk, Podil, Shevchenkivskyi, Holosiivskyi, Obolon, Solomianskyi, Darnytskyi, Desnianskyi, Dniprovskyi and Sviatoshynskyi.

For addresses further out, write to the manager before booking. Some locations we can serve if the visit is long enough to justify the trip; for others we will say so honestly instead of confirming and cancelling later.

Availability also differs by area: in central districts we can often send a cleaner the same day, while for the suburbs it is better to book a day ahead. Our other Ukrainian branch works in Lviv and is booked through a separate page.

Suburban addresses are worth booking together: if two neighbours order on the same day, the team covers both without a rush.

How it works? Do you clean in detached houses?

Yes. We clean detached houses, cottages, townhouses and summer homes in Kyiv and the surrounding towns, not only flats in apartment blocks.

The price is built the same way as for a flat: it depends on the number of rooms and bathrooms, plus the extras you choose — windows at UAH 350 each, oven UAH 550, hood UAH 399, fridge UAH 550, inside of the kitchen cabinets UAH 900. A house with several floors usually needs more time, so we send a team of two or three cleaners instead of one person.

What we don't do outdoors: terraces, garages, pools, façades and windows above the second floor from the outside. Those need equipment we don't carry.

For a house it helps to send a few photos or a floor plan with your request. The manager will confirm the number of hours in advance, so the team arrives with the right number of people and you get a fixed price before the visit.

How it works? Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?

No, you don't. Our cleaners arrive with everything the job needs: professional detergents, microfibre cloths, mops, scrapers for glass and a compact vacuum cleaner. You provide only water and electricity.

The supplies are professional Cleamen products made in the Czech Republic, with separate formulas for tiles, glass, bathroom limescale, wood and kitchen grease. Household spray bottles from the supermarket simply do not remove baked-on grease or mineral deposits, so we don't rely on them.

If you prefer your own products — because of an allergy, a delicate stone worktop or a coating with strict care instructions — leave them out on the kitchen counter and tell the cleaner. That is a common request and never a problem.

One exception is the vacuum cleaner. The compact model covers ordinary flats; if the place is large, has thick carpets or is a post-renovation job, a professional Kärcher vacuum is brought by car, and that option costs UAH 699 and is added when you book.
