Safety during cleaning

Safety starts with who comes to your door. Every cleaner is an employee under contract with verified identity documents, and each one completes training with a supervisor before the first visit. We have been working since 2016 and know our team personally — nobody is sent to a client straight from a classified ad.

Every booking is recorded in the system: who is assigned, when they arrived and left, and what was done according to the checklist. You are told the cleaner's name in advance and can ask for their phone number.

Products are handled with the same care. Cleaners are taught which chemicals must never be mixed, work in gloves, ventilate the rooms and use a steam cleaner where chemistry is better avoided — around cots, highchairs and mattresses.

If anything goes wrong, the company answers: damaged property is covered by the insurance fund, and complaints are handled by a manager rather than by the person who did the cleaning.
