Reviews can be left on the website, on our Google Business profile or on our social media pages. The most useful ones are specific: which district you are in, what kind of cleaning you booked, what was done particularly well. "Everything was great" tells the next reader very little.

If a particular cleaner did the work well, name them. Ratings decide how many bookings a person gets, and a named review is the most direct way to thank them. You can also request the same cleaner for your next visit.

Two other things help us: a tip, which goes to the cleaner in full and can be added to your card payment, and your referral code from your personal account — a friend gets a discount on their first booking and you receive bonus points.
