Vyshneve has effectively merged with Kyiv: only the ring road separates it from Borshchahivka, and a cleaner gets here as quickly as to the Sviatoshynskyi district. The housing is mostly new — residential complexes along Kyivska and Balukova streets, next to older buildings in the town centre and a private sector.
Prices
A one-room flat starts at UAH 1,950, two rooms at UAH 2,400 and three rooms at UAH 2,850; each additional bathroom adds UAH 550. A private house starts at UAH 2,340 with the 1.2 coefficient for stairs and utility rooms.
Travel to Vyshneve is included in the price, as it is for the other suburbs we serve regularly.
How it works
You choose the date and time in the calculator and receive a confirmation email with links to change or cancel. The cleaner arrives with their own products and vacuum, works to a checklist and sends a message when the order is closed.
Payment comes after the work, by card through a link or in cash; there is no prepayment.
New buildings handed over unfinished
Many flats in the new complexes of Vyshneve are handed over without any finishing, so the most frequent request here is post-renovation cleaning at UAH 150 per square metre. Windows after renovation are charged separately at UAH 499 each: the protective film and mortar traces have to be removed first.
Construction waste is taken away by the contractor before we arrive — we do not remove bags of mortar or broken tiles, though we do take out small rubbish in bags.

What the cleaning includes
The kitchen with surfaces, backsplash, sink and the outside of appliances; bathrooms in full; rooms with dust removed from open surfaces; doors, switches, skirting boards and floors; the hallway and rubbish removal.
The oven (UAH 550), the hood (UAH 399), the fridge (UAH 550), the inside of cabinets (UAH 900) and windows (UAH 350) are chosen separately.
Regular schedule
A visit every two weeks carries a regularity discount of up to 15 % from the first booking, and the assigned cleaner already knows the flat. Skipping a single visit does not cancel the schedule.
