The base price is UAH 150 per square metre. For a 60 m² flat that is UAH 9,000, for 45 m² it is UAH 6,750. The amount is fixed when you book and does not change on site.
Separate items are added on top:
We remove construction dust from every surface, including the tops of wardrobes, radiators, window reveals, skirting boards and door frames. Traces of glue, expanding foam, filler and paint come off floors, tiles, glass and sanitary ware. Floors are washed in several passes: after building work the dust rises again and again, so one pass with a mop settles nothing.
The bathroom and kitchen are cleaned in full. Equipment and products are ours: professional vacuums that cope with construction dust, a stepladder, scrapers, a steam cleaner and chemistry for each type of surface. You provide only water and electricity.
A one-room flat takes five to seven hours, a two-room flat of 60–70 m² eight to ten, a house from 120 m² a full working day for a team of three or four. Post-renovation cleaning is always completed within one day.
If the work was cosmetic — new wallpaper, repainted walls, replaced doors — we reduce the price; sometimes such a job is better booked as a deep cleaning with a few extra items. If only one room was renovated, we charge a standard flat cleaning plus several hours for that room.
Construction debris is not removed by us: sacks of mixes, broken tiles and old windows are taken away by the contractor before we arrive. Small waste in bags we carry out ourselves.
There is no prepayment: you accept the work and pay afterwards, by card or in cash. If something was missed, write the same day with photos and the team comes back free of charge. Some things cleaning cannot fix — grout driven into unglazed tiles, spatula scratches, glass clouded by mortar — and the cleaner warns about them before starting.
