Personal account

Your personal account is where a booking lives after it is made. It shows your upcoming visits, the full history of previous ones, your bonus points and your current loyalty level.

From there you can change a booking, move it to another day, add services such as windows or the oven, cancel a visit, pay by card and download the payment receipt. Everything is done without calling the call centre, at any time of day.

It is also where you find your referral code to share with friends, and where you can request the same cleaner you liked for your next visit.

Registration takes a minute and only needs an email address and a phone number. One thing worth knowing: bookings made earlier by phone, before you registered, will not appear in the history — they were created outside the account.

If you forget your password, use the recovery link on the login page; the account is tied to the email address you used when booking.
