How much office cleaning costs in Kyiv

• up to 40 m² — UAH 1,950;
• up to 80 m² — UAH 2,850;
• up to 100 m² — UAH 3,299;
• above 100 m² — UAH 30 per square metre;
• an extra hour of work — UAH 499.

The price depends on the area and the number of bathrooms. Regular servicing of larger premises is quoted separately: maintenance cleaning of an office up to 300 m² costs UAH 5,299 per visit.

What is included

Workstations and desks, office equipment on the outside, floors in offices and corridors, the kitchen or coffee area, the sink and dishwasher outside, bathrooms, mirrors, glass partitions and doors, and rubbish removal with new bin bags.

Window cleaning (UAH 350), office chair cleaning (UAH 345 each) and carpet cleaning (UAH 130 per square metre) are booked separately. For coworkings and salons that is usually done once a quarter.

When we come

Cleaning takes place outside working hours — early in the morning or in the evening after the last person leaves. Nobody has to work around a vacuum cleaner, and you walk into a clean office in the morning.

On a regular schedule we assign one cleaner, who learns the keys, alarm codes and your particular routines once rather than every time.

Paperwork and payment

Companies work under a written contract covering the schedule, prices and payment terms. Once a month we issue an invoice for all visits in the period along with an act of services rendered. We take no prepayment.

Landlords and property managers find a single contract for several addresses convenient: one invoice, with separate acts per address.

One-off and regular bookings

We work both to a schedule — daily, three times a week or weekly — and one-off: before an opening, after an event, after refurbishing the premises. Post-renovation cleaning of an office is priced by area at UAH 150 per square metre. Partner companies also receive corporate promo codes for their employees' own flats.
