The order of work
First small waste goes out in bags, then dust is removed from ceilings, walls and high surfaces, then windows, sanitary ware and the kitchen, and only at the end the floor — in several passes.
A team of two or three cleaners is sent to a large flat so the job closes in one day. The price does not depend on how many people come.
Equipment and products
Everything comes with us: professional vacuums that handle construction dust, a stepladder, glass scrapers, a steam cleaner and chemistry for each type of surface — one for tiles and grout, another for laminate, another for sanitary ware.
You provide water and electricity. If the water is not connected yet, say so when booking: we bring canisters, but the work takes longer.
What is not included
We do not remove construction waste, dismantle leftover structures or clean the stairwell. Marks that physically cannot be removed — grout driven into unglazed tiles, spatula scratches on laminate, glass clouded by mortar — are pointed out before the work starts, not after.
How much time to allow
A two-room flat after a full renovation takes eight to ten hours of a team's work. If the builders removed the heavy waste and swept the floor, it goes faster; if sacks are still standing in the rooms, the first hours go on clearing.
What makes the biggest difference
Three things show most after a renovation: clean glass without film or mortar, washed grout between tiles, and a floor with no grey film left on it. That is where most of the time goes, and that is what to check on acceptance.
