What the cleaner does
Washes the glass on both sides, wipes the frame, the seal and the fittings, cleans the sill. Insect screens come off and are rinsed separately. The work goes top down: the upper part of the sash first, then the lower part and the sill, so no splashes land on clean glass.
The outer side
Cleaned wherever the glass can be reached safely through a sash. In the panel blocks of Troieshchyna the sashes open inwards, so the outer side is almost always accessible — but only up to the second floor; above that we do not work outside.
When to book
