Office cleaning services

We clean offices, coworkings, shops, salons and other commercial premises across Kyiv. The manager will call back quickly, ask about the area, the number of workstations and bathrooms, and put together a schedule that fits your working hours.

Pricing is by area: up to 40 m² costs UAH 1,950, up to 100 m² costs UAH 3,299, and above that it is UAH 30 per square metre. An extra hour, if the job needs one, is UAH 499.

Cleaning is done outside working hours — early in the morning or in the evening after the last person leaves — so that nobody works around a vacuum cleaner. For a regular schedule the same cleaner is assigned, which means keys, alarm codes and your particular routines are learned once.

Companies work under a written contract with monthly invoicing and acts of services rendered; no prepayment is required. Landlords and property managers with several addresses can have one contract, a single invoice and separate acts per address.
