How much it costs to clean a house in Kyiv
Prices start at UAH 2,340. That is the base amount for a flat multiplied by the private house coefficient of 1.2: the staircase, the entrance hall, the extra doors and the utility rooms take more time than the same floor area in an apartment block.
From there the price follows the number of rooms and bathrooms: every room adds UAH 450 and every bathroom UAH 550. A two-storey house with four rooms and two bathrooms costs more than a flat of the same size precisely because of the stairs and the second bathroom, not because of the square metres.
What the price includes
The kitchen, bathrooms and rooms are cleaned to the same checklist as in a flat. In addition we wash the staircase in full — steps, handrails and the corners underneath — as well as the porch and terrace if they can be reached and the weather allows.
A team of two or three cleaners is sent to a large house, so the work is finished in one day: one person works downstairs, another upstairs, and you do not lose the whole evening.

Where we travel
Besides Kyiv we work in Brovary, Irpin, Vyshhorod, Bucha and Vyshneve with no travel surcharge. For other suburban addresses write to the manager: if the job is large enough we will come, and if it is not we will say so plainly rather than cancelling the day before.
What we don't do
We do not wash façades, pools or garages, do not work in the garden, do not move heavy furniture and do not clean windows above the second floor from the outside. Construction debris after a renovation is not taken away — the contractor removes it, and we arrive for post-renovation cleaning at UAH 150 per square metre.
A floor plan or a few photos in a messenger are the quickest way to an exact quote: the manager will name the number of hours and cleaners before you book, and the quote is free.
