You choose the districts you work in. When you join, you mark the parts of Kyiv that suit you — say, only the left bank, or only Pechersk and Holosiivskyi — and bookings come from those areas.

The point is not to spend an hour and a half travelling for a single cleaning. If there are several bookings in your district on the same day, they are scheduled one after another and are close to each other.

You can widen the area at any time: the more districts you mark, the more offers appear in the app. Cleaners with a car have more choice, since they can take jobs in the suburbs and sites where equipment has to be transported.

No booking is assigned by force. You see the address, the type of cleaning, the duration and the amount before accepting, and you can decline without explaining why. If you have already accepted, cancel early so the manager has time to find a replacement.
