Do you hire officially?

Yes. We employ cleaners officially: everyone signs a contract that sets out the rate, the payment terms and the responsibilities of both sides. No verbal arrangements and no cash in envelopes.

To get started you need a passport and a tax number. Citizens of other countries additionally need a document giving them the right to work in Ukraine, which our HR manager checks before the first shift.

The schedule is flexible. You are not tied to a five-day week: you mark in the app the days on which you are ready to take bookings. You can work three days a week, only at weekends, or take a month off and come back — your place stays.

Payments go to your card on a fixed schedule, not "when the client pays". Every amount earned and every deduction is visible in the app for each booking, so you can check the figures yourself at any time.
